Dr. Neil Martin, Ph.D, BCBA-D has been working as a Behaviour Analyst, (clinician, academic, supervisor and researcher) since 1990. He received his PhD from the University of Reading (UK) in 1998 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2002. He was among the first handful of BCBAs in the UK and he was one of the ' ABA Lecturer 's Co-operative ' that developed the first BACB- verified course sequence in the UK. Dr. Martin has worked independently for many years teaching on a number of BACB verified course sequences, helping to establish others around the world, supervising students and consulting to numerous organisations and families both in the UK and internationally. Dr. Martin has published research in journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, The Behavior Analyst, Research in Developmental Disabilities and the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, and he has special interests in the use of technology, media and software related to teaching and research. Dr. Martin was one of the international subject matter experts that last reviewed the BACB Task List and he was also one of the subject matter experts that generated the BACB Autism Task List and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Dr. Clodagh Murray, PhD, BCBA-D Assistant Professor at Emirates College for Advanced Education, Abu Dhabi, UAE Clodagh graduated with her PhD in ABA from the National University of Ireland Galway in March 2013. Her research investigated behavioural variability in children and adolescents with ASD. She identified factors associated with low variability in this population, along with remediation strategies using lag schedules of reinforcement. Clodagh has extensive applied experience, having worked in early intervention services for children with ASD. She has since gained experience in delivering behavioural interventions to children and adults with acquired brain injury and a variety of developmental disabilities. she started the first ABA programme in a mainstream school in Ireland in October 2012. She led a team of behaviour analysts who worked on literacy and numeracy skills as well as in-school behaviour and attendance for teenagers in mainstream school who were at risk of early school leaving. She continues to provide support to this programme. Throughout her studies, Clodagh gained lecturing experience at NUIG and at Trinity College Dublin (TCD), coordinating several modules at both Universities. She taught at TCD full-time for one semester, providing cover while the course director was on leave. Her research interests include increasing variability in individuals with ASD, teaching play and social skills and designing behavioural interventions for children and adolescents from marginalized communities.

She is the first Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from India and has completed large research studies on inducing first instances of speech in children with autism as part of her Ph.D. dissertation. She is focused on parent empowerment and provides tele-health services to families in remote parts of India. She is the Program Director of the only BACB approved course in behavior analysis in India and has been recognized for her advocacy on evidence based services. Sridhar Aravamudhan, B.E., PGDM, M.A, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is a mechanical engineering graduate and holds a postgraduate degree in management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. After working in business development and operations management roles with leading transnational corporations like Pepsico, British Petroleum and Tech Mahindra for 22 years , to help his daughter on the autism spectrum, 8 years ago, he started learning Behavior Analysis. Mentored by Dr. Smita Awasthi, he started as a therapist working with other children with autism, went on to complete a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis with Autism Emphasis from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana,United states and became a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certificant number 1-12-12008 ) in 2012 . He works with Behavior Momentum India ( www.behaviormomentum.com) as a Consultant and Research Associate. He trains therapists and parents and believes that research drives practice excellence. He helps children on the autism spectrum acquire new skills, shapes socially appropriate behaviors and finds effective methods to address challenging behviors. He teaches Applied Behavior Analysis as a faculty in the Board approved course sequence in India to national and international students.
